“It was a happy accident that Andreas was answering the phone on my initial inquiry to a property in NC. We did not pursue as it could not meet our requirement of a fence on the property. Months later, he checked in with us to see if we were still interested in the area. We were busy recovering from the devastating hurricane and did not resume our search until recently.
