Andreas Tross advises buyers and sellers seeking exceptional homes in Asheville and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. Before entering real estate, Andreas held senior sales and marketing roles with Fortune 500 companies including IBM and Oracle. That experience shaped his strategic mindset and disciplined approach to negotiations—skills his clients rely on when navigating sometimes complex real estate transactions.
Since relocating to Asheville in 2016 to be closer to his children, Andreas has dedicated his work to helping clients discover the unique lifestyle of Western North Carolina. From luxury homes and private mountain communities to architecturally distinctive properties near downtown Asheville, he guides clients through every step of the process with clarity, discretion, and a relentless focus on their goals.

Andreas was there when we needed him! Whether we were at our Florida home or our Park City, UT condo, he was in daily communication with us. He kept us informed of each step of the process of discovering available listings, fitting them to our wants/needs, setting up appts for visiting each property, and organizing the route we needed to follow and the timetable. He personally accompanied us on a property tour/circuit of nearly 200 miles in Western North Carolina. “It was a happy accident that Andreas was answering the phone on my initial inquiry to a property in NC. We did not pursue as it could not meet our requirement of a fence on the property. Months later, he checked in with us to see if we were still interested in the area. We were busy recovering from the devastating hurricane and did not resume our search until recently. Often it is difficult working remotely to find a property in another state. We had specific things we were looking for in the Asheville area and Andreas took all that to heart. We received daily updates on available properties. We finally narrowed our search to 21 properties. When we made our trip to the area, Andreas had arranged very neatly to view 18 properties in two days! We found the property on which to make an offer and he followed up on all the issues needed to close, keeping us posted daily. All this done while we were home in Florida. So ---you too can do your shopping from afar and know that you are in terrific hands. And also, all the other wonderful things you can say when working with someone as nice and professional as he is!
